Whitening for Life

We are proud and excited to introduce our patients to our new program, “Whitening for Life”. We feel that every patient in our office deserves to have a beautiful white smile.

“Whitening for Life” is available to all of our patients. Initial one time enrollment fee is $99. This includes impressions for fabrication of custom whitening trays and initial delivery of whitening gel. Some restrictions apply.

When you visit our office for your hygiene appointment, we will provide you with whitening gel. The gel will be offered to you at every cleaning appointment at no additional cost. This will ensure that you will be able to keep your teeth white and beautiful for life!

Participation in this program requires semi-annual dental visits which include examination and cleaning in order to receive your touch up whitening gel. As a courtesy you must also agree to provide at least 48 hours advance notice if a schedule change is needed.
